Listing a Service

Service providers can showcase their offerings to event organizers across the platform. Here's how to create an effective service listing.

Service Categories

ExpoDiscover supports a wide range of event services:

• Catering & F&B — Food service, beverages, dietary accommodations
• Audio/Visual — Sound systems, lighting, projectors, LED walls
• Photography & Video — Event photography, live streaming, videography
• Security — Event security, crowd management, access control
• Staffing — Event staff, ushers, registration desk personnel
• Transportation — Shuttle services, VIP transport, logistics
• Equipment Rental — Furniture, staging, tents, generators
• Entertainment — Live performers, DJs, speakers
• Accommodation — Hotel blocks, group rates, travel packages
• Decoration & Design — Event styling, floral, signage

Creating Your Listing

1. Go to Company > Services and click New Service
2. Select your service category
3. Fill in the service details:
   • Name — Clear, descriptive service name
   • Description — Detailed overview of what you offer
   • Sub-Services — Break down your offering into bookable components
   • Pricing — Set your pricing structure (per hour, per day, per event, custom)
   • Availability — Configure your calendar and lead times
   • Media — Upload photos of past work, portfolio pieces

Sub-Services

Sub-services let you offer modular packages:

• Each sub-service can be independently bookable
• Organizers can request the full service or specific sub-services
• Each sub-service has its own pricing and availability

Receiving Quote Requests

When an organizer requests a quote:

1. Review the request details and requirements
2. Send a quote with pricing breakdown
3. Negotiate through the built-in messaging thread
4. Confirm the booking once terms are agreed

Tips

• Include real photos from past events (not stock images)
• Be specific about what's included and what's extra
• Keep your pricing competitive and transparent
• Respond to quote requests promptly
